The Service Above Self Awards Dinner is hosted each year by the San Andreas Regional Center Board of Directors to acknowledge individuals and organizations that have provided exemplary services to the developmental disability community. Families served by San Andreas Regional Center, individuals with developmental disabilities, the service provider community, elected officials, the disability community, and previous Service Above Self Award Recipients, are all invited to attend our 20th Anniversary Awards Dinner.
We are so proud that Liz Hernandez, one of our Coordinators in the Monterey Region, received this recognition during the 20th Annual Service Above Self Awards Dinner on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 at the Holiday Inn, San Jose – Silicon Valley, where she was recognized for “her commitment, dedication, and service to the developmental disability community”. She was accompanied by her family and some of our Tucci team members to see her acceptance of this award. They all enjoyed themselves during this ceremony and were happy to support our amazing Coordinator during this important and memorable event. Again, thank you Liz for all of your hard work and dedication throughout all your years with Tucci Learning Solutions, Inc.

Liz Hernandez, Coordinator of Services – I am very honored to receive the award and it was a great evening with my family and colleagues, Mary Mercado, Ricardo Herrera, Liyu Chen, Maribel Bermudez and Greg.Maribel Bermudez Castillo, M. Ed., BCBA – From my side…it’s a great opportunity to be working with Liz…she is very supportive of all team members, and open to learning new things. With all her experiences (personal, family etc.), this helps her to have a more personal relationship with the team and the family we are serving, letting them feel that they are heard and understood. Liz is really an asset to our company.
