QUESTION: What is the best monitor resolution setting for the CLM Units?

ANSWER: 1024x768

QUESTION: I am having difficulty deleting videos from an old install of the CLM Units. They won't delete because they are locked. How do I unlock them?

ANSWER: On a Windows computer: right-click on the video file and select Properties. Then uncheck the 'Read Only' checkbox.

Macintosh: Ctrl-click the video file, choose Get Info. Then uncheck the 'Locked' checkbox.

QUESTION: Can I use the CLM Units over a local network?

ANSWER: As a FileMaker Runtime solution they can only be used by one person at a time, whether on the same computer or over a network.

If the Units were put on a computer that other people have access to via a network, different people could open the unit via the network path. However only ONE person can have any unit open at a time.

In other words, Maria could work with Unit 2. When Maria quits the Unit 2, then Pete could open any Unit he wants, be it Intro, Unit 2, Unit 12, etc. Two or more people trying to acceess any of Units simultaneously.
